Compared to other conventional valve types, the pinch valve has minimum wear with the rubber sleeve inside being the only wearable and replacement part. This saves a lot of downtime, with the fast and easy sleeve replacement.
Ball valves are prone to clogging, causing restriction and sacks not being filled fast enough, thus slowing down production.
Problems can also occur when using knife gate valves on sack filling machinery. Product can become stuck or lodged inside the valve body, not allowing the gate to seal 100%.
